Hammer Mill: 20”(500mm) - 96 hammers harden spring steel, dust fan and cyclone. hydraulic slip clutch to operation
Roller Mill: 14” (335mm) x10”(250mm) dia rollers. hydraulic driven. can mills up to 6 tonne per hour. all mills have a spring loaded system, which enables the rollers to part in the event of a solid object passing through the mill. the vee belt roller drive is equipped for the spreading of the rollers, by a spring loaded adjuster. all mills allow the roller gap to be increased or decreased externally to the mill and machines are set with a minimum gap of 1.5mm.
Rollers are manufactured from steel and are of heavy fabricated section. All drive shafts can be removed from the rollers. All mills supplied with inlet adjustable hopper with magnet bar and lid. Mills fitted with a rotating spreader bar
